OpenAI is collaborating with Nscale Global Holdings and Aker to establish a data center named Stargate Norway, located near Narvik. The facility aims to integrate 100,000 Nvidia graphics-processing units by the end of next year, marking OpenAI's first major infrastructure initiative in Europe.
