Customers can easily navigate the tax filing process through a step-by-step guide, which includes uploading documents and electronic filing with the IRS. The average filing time is under twenty minutes, and april claims to guarantee the maximum possible refund. The service also includes features like an AI-powered chatbot for tax questions and live support for a fee. PayPal users can benefit from flexible payment options, including using PayPal Credit for tax payments and receiving federal tax refunds up to five days early through PayPal Direct Deposit. They can even direct their refunds into PayPal Savings, a high-yield savings account provided by Synchrony Bank, to earn interest on their tax refunds. The new tax filing option is rolling out to all U.S. PayPal Debit Card customers, starting immediately.
