For organizations with extensive document collections, the Projects feature can perform sophisticated searches using xAI's Collections API. Administrators can manage Drive access through OAuth and can control user permissions at the workspace level. Content syncing starts after setup and updates occur roughly every hour, while large files are indexed up to 128 MB in a read-only format.
