Amazon launched the first production satellites for its Kuiper broadband network, providing a rare glimpse of the satellites with a video posted on social media. Unlike SpaceX and OneWeb, which have shared extensive information about their satellite systems, Amazon has been secretive about its satellites since unveiling Project Kuiper in 2019. The company plans to deploy a total of 3,232 Kuiper satellites using multiple rocket launches in the coming years.
