Glide is a customizable web browser based on Firefox that allows extensive personalization through a TypeScript configuration. It addresses limitations of traditional web extensions by offering a more flexible environment for users to define key mappings, access APIs, and utilize macros without security constraints. Currently in early alpha, Glide aims to provide full control over browser functionality while maintaining support for existing Firefox extensions.
